Universal Services Dispatching Llc is an independent dispatching service that assist carriers that have a DOT or MC Number to find the freight that suits there needs. We work with freight brokers and direct shippers to find the right load according to the carriers preferences. Our focus is to get the carrier the rate they want, when they want, where they want to run while providing excellent service and support.

What is a dispatcher? a

A dispatcher is someone who offers assistance to Carriers to find loads freight, commodities, etc to haul from one location (origin) to another location (destination).  A dispatcher communicates between a freight broker (and or direct shipper) and the carrier. The dispatcher is the "agent" of the carrier. 

How we assist

Here at Universal Services Dispatching we work diligently with carries to fulfill there needs. There is no forced dispatching. We work hard to meet our carrier's needs, such as home time, cpm,  what part of the country the carrier would like to run in and where they don't want to run and often they would like to run.

We offer a competitive rate which most time won't effect the carrier's bottom line.  We have a variety of simple payment options, including Cash App, Zelle and Square.
